Dear Mr. Linko, I have come across your Dec. 2019 blog {?] re property disputes in the Hill Street area of Sewickley. And there I learned of the death of Larry Oswald, with whom I’d worked closely and kept in contact with on and off over the past 50 years. So thank you for that. If you’d like to know more about Larry, and what a wonderfully talented man he was, let know and I’d be glad to share my recollections with you. If you happen to know the whereabouts of his son Adam, I’d like to drop him a note. Regrettably I’ve forgotten his daughter’s name.
    Many thanks, Roger Moore

Mr. Moore – thank you for your kind words. From the little bit of research I have done, I found Mr. Oswald’s story somewhat interesting, but owing to his preference to be private a lot of his story is left to personal recollections and friendships, such as you had.
In keeping with that, I would be very interested in learning more about Larry. From what little I could find online I saw that he was perhaps a filmmaker (?) and had some scientific pursuits. Please send me an email at 7242970@gmail.com with your contact information. I will also see if I can track down an address for Adam.
      Thanks again.

      John Linko

    Hi John,

Mike Cevarr here. I am part of the Preserve Edgeworth group that is hoping to save the Blacksmith and Miller houses.

Are you planning on attending the Aug 10 planning commission mtg on the Millers House and Nichols field?

It’d be great to get some preservation supporters there.

    Thanks for the article!
    Mike
